1 8 inch graham cracker crust
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 T flour
2 T cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
8 oz. cream cheese - room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Just Desserts Chocolate Chip Cookie Liqueur

Preheat oven to 300°. Place chocolate chips in bottom of shell. Using a rubber spatula, mix other ingredients until will combined and pour into shell. Bake at 300° until set - about 35-45 minutes. Chill until ready to serve. Spoon 1 T liqueur over each slice. Serves 8.
